Tamakoshi Jalvidhyut Company Limited will be convening its second and third AGM on Poush 25, 2076 at NEA Conference Hall, Ratapark, Kathmandu from 3:30 PM onwards.
The 20th Board Meeting held on Magsir 30, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of the audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
