Taksar Pikhuwakhola appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager for its upcoming IPO; to float 47.52 lakh unit ordinary shares to general public
Taksar Pikhuwakhola has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager for the issuance of its 47.52 lakh unit shares to the general public and mutual funds.
The MoU was signed between MD of Taksar Pikhuwakhola project Mr. Narendra Ballab Pant and MD of the merchant banker Mr. Dinesh Thakali, as per the media statement.
The company is currently operating 8 MW Project in the Bhojpur district and will be floating its 44% shares to the general public, as per the media statement.
