Synergy Power Development Limited (SPDL) Proposes Dividend for the First Time; Calls AGM on Poush 22

Synergy Power Development Limited (SPDL) has called its 12th, 13th, and 14th AGM on Poush 22, i.e. January 06.

This is the combined AGM for the fiscal years 2074/75, 2075/76, and 076/77. The 94th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 30 has decided to conduct the AGM virtually on Poush 22, starting at 11 am.

Furthermore, the board meeting has also proposed a dividend for investors of the company for the first time. From the profit till Ashad 2077, a 5% dividend is proposed. 4.75% will be distributed as bonus shares and 0.25% as a cash dividend. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 70 crores, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 3,32,50,000 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 17,50,000.

The book closure date is declared on Poush 12. Thus, investors maintained before Poush 12 are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Poush 12 to Poush 22.
