Synergy Power Development Company has convened its 16th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Indra Bahadur Thapa on Poush 30, 2079.
Endorsing all the financial reports for the previous fiscal year, the officials of the company also informed that the company will receive approval for the proposed right shares by end of Magh and will float the right shares soon, as per the media statement.
