SY Panel Nepal Limited Postpones Share Issuance for Locals of Chitwan District And Nepalese Employed Abroad

SY Panel Nepal Limited has officially announced the postponement of its planned share issuance for residents of Locals of Chitwan District and Nepalese Employed Abroad. According to the company, the shares were scheduled to be issued and opened for sale starting 2082 Bhadra 29. However, owing to the current adverse situation in Nepal, the company has decided to halt the issuance process temporarily.

SY Panel Nepal stated that the share issuance and related processes will only proceed after further notice. The company assured that once conditions become favorable, a new notice regarding the issuance timeline will be published. In its official statement, the company has requested all stakeholders, including locals of the affected regions and Nepali migrant workers who were preparing to apply, to remain patient until the next official announcement.
