Swet-Ganga Hydropower & Construction Calls 7th AGM on 7th Mangsir

Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction Limited (SGHC) has called its 7th AGM on 26th Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held in Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1. Endorsement of the seventh annual report of the board of directors of the company
2. Endorse the auditor's report of 2079/080 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year up to the end of 2080
3. Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81
4. To approve the appointment made by the board of directors in the vacant directorship
5. Miscellaneous

15th Mangsir is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

As of writing, SGHC has an LTP of Rs. 219.20.
