Swarojgar & Nirdhan Utthan AGM today; to endorse 34.2% & 61.91% dividend respectively

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (SLBBL) is convening its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Poush 11, 2072). The AGM is going to be held at CW Restaurant, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

Main Agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 34.2% percent bonus share to its shareholders and 1.8 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
• To increase Issued and paid up capital from Rs4 crore to Rs 5.36crore

• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by registrar officer or Nepal Rastra Bank.
• To change the meeting place.

Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor.

Swarojgar Laghubitta had earned a net profit of Rs 60.93 lakhs in the first quarter fiscal year 2072/73.

Likewise, Nirdhan Utthan Bank Limited (NUBL) is holding its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The AGM is going to be held at the Celebration Banquet, Narayan Chaur, Naxal, Kathmandu.

Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 48.81 percent bonus share from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
• To increase the authorize capital from Rs 50 crore to Rs 100 crore.
• To increase issued capital and paid up capital
• To amend the article of association

Other Agendas of the AGM include Financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to endorse 13.10% cash dividend.

Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 22 is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Mangsir 23, 2072 till Poush 11, 2072 (today) for the purpose of its AGM.
