Swabhalamban Laghubitta Reports Growth in Major Profitability Indicators in Q4; How Did It Perform Overall?

Swabhalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SWBBL) has published its fourth-quarter report of FY 2077/2078 with an increase in Net Profit by 73.92%. As per the report published by the company, the net profit increased to Rs. 61.94 crores as compared to Rs. 35.61 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowings of the company declined to Rs. 4.61 Arba which was Rs. 4.76 Arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s loans and advances increased to Rs. 17.33 Arba in this quarter.
The net interest income (core revenue) has increased by 15.66% to Rs. 1.45 Arba compared to Rs. 1.25 Arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The paid-up capital of the company increased to Rs. 94.3 crores in this quarter and its reserve and surplus stood at Rs. 1.74 Arba which is an increase of 28.36%.
Its annualized earnings per share (EPS) stand at Rs. 65.69. The net worth per share increased to Rs. 285.46. At the time of report preparation, the company traded at a P/E multiple of 25.25 times.
