Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) has proposed an 10% dividend worth Rs. 1.53 arba for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 114th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 15 has decided to distribute 9.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.45 arba and a 0.5% cash dividend worth Rs. 7.67 lakhs (for tax purposes). The existing paid-up capital of SMFBS is Rs. 15.34 crores.
The dividend was subject to being distributed only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
