Swabhimaan Laghubitta has got all of its employees insured with United Insurance with an aim to provide an insurance coverage of Rs 1 lakh against the ongoing threat of Covid-19.
The microfinance hopes to motivate its employees to discharge their duties with efficiency and fearlessness after this insurance where the infected employees would get designated insurance claim from the insurance company, as per the media statement.
