Swabhimaan Laghubitta convenes its 4th AGM; endorses proposal of 21.05% dividend to its shareholders

Swabhimaan Laghubitta has convened its 4^th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Santosh Narayan Shrestha on Falgun 13, 2077.

The AGM has endorsed the proposal to provide 20% bonus shares and 1.05% cash dividend for taxation purposes. The AGM also appointed Pramod Panthi and Associates as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.

Microfinance currently has its presence in 7 districts with 28 branches serving 21K plus rural households, as per the media statement.
