Swabhimaan Laghubitta convenes 6th AGM; endorses 21.05% dividend for its shareholders
Swabhimaan Laghubitta convened its 6th AGM on Chaitra 11, 2079 under the leadership of the company’s chair Mr. Santosh Narayan Shrestha.
The AGM has decided to approve 20% bonus shares and a 1.0526% cash dividend for its shareholders for the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
The AGM has also endorsed the nomination of Mr. Abhisek Shrestha as a new board member from the public shareholder group and appointed Pramod Panthi and Associate as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
Microfinance has 26 branches in 7 districts and serves more than 29 thousand rural households in Nepal, as per the media statement.
