Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has proposed a 21.05% dividend worth Rs. 23.62 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The 403rd board of directors meeting held on Poush 27 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.12 Arba. 15% bonus shares worth Rs 16.83 crores and a 6.05% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 6.79 crore have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, SWBBL has an LTP of Rs. 1,325.
