Swabalamban Laghubitta announces 46.5% bonus and 23.5% Cash

The 230^th BOD meeting of Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank has proposed 46.5 percent bonus share and  23.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The BoD meeting of bank held on Mangsir 5 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Previous year Swabalamban Bikas Bank has offered 14 percent bonus share and 13.36 percent cash dividend to its shareholder.
