Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Urges Shareholders To Pay Tax For 15% Bonus Shares

Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) has urged its shareholders to pay the tax amount for 15% bonus shares.

The company endorsed a 15% bonus share for the fiscal year 2078/79 through its 11th AGM on 30th Baisakh. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute a 15% bonus dividend worth Rs. 11.87 Crores from its paid-up capital of Rs. 79.19 crores.
