Suryodaya Laghubitta (SLBS) Proposes 16.15% Dividend for FY 2076/77; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBS) has proposed a 16.15% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 157th meeting of the board of directors held on Chaitra 01 has decided to distribute 15.34% bonus shares and 0.8% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 21,50,42,925, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 3.3 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 17,36,842.11.

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the company's last trading day's closing stands at Rs. 1,844 per share.
