SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Distributed Cash Dividends Directly to Shareholders' Bank Accounts

SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (SJLIC) has distributed a 24.74% cash dividend directly to bank accounts and urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.

The company convened its 16th AGM for the FY 2079/80 on 21st Baishakh, 2081. The company endorsed a 35% dividend for FY 2079/80. The 371st board of directors meeting held on Chaitra 20 has proposed a 35% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 10.26% bonus shares worth Rs. 46.63 crores and 24.74% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.12 Arba were proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 4.54 Arba.

Also, the company has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares if they still need to update their bank information in the Demat account. They are requested to do so to receive the dividend.

Additionally, suppose eligible investors had taken a loan against the company's shares before the book closure date. In that case, they should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
