Support Microfinance to convene AGM on Poush 29; Agenda to approve 10% bonus and 100% right shares

Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (SMB) will be convening its fifth AGM on Poush 29, 2076 at Hotel Pathibhara International, Itahari-09, Sundari from 11 AM onwards.
The 138th Board Meeting held on Poush 06, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of the BOD.
- Approval of audited financial statements of 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for the year 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Election of four directors from promoter shareholders' group.
- Approval of following proposals:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 6 crore
Bonus shares: 10% worth Rs 60 lakh
Cash Dividend: 0.526% worth Rs 3.15 lakh for tax purpose
Total dividend: 10.526% worth Rs 63.156 lakh
Paid-up capital after adjustment: Rs 6.60 crore
Right shares: 100% of Rs 6.60 crore
The book closure is on Poush 14, 2076. Therefore shareholders maintained on Poush 13, 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim dividend.
