Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) will be conducting its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) today The AGM is going to be held at Durga Party Palace, Itahari-04 Aaitabaarey, Sunsari at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To change the registered address from Itahari-26 to Itahari-01
- To increase the working area of the company.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) with the changes in the address and the working areas accordingly.
- To appoint two directors from the general shareholders.
- To increase the meeting allowance of the Board of Directors.
Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2074/75.
The current paid up capital of the company is Rs 6 crore.
SMB has earned Rs 6.72 lakh in the second quarter of the FY 2074/75.
