Support Microfinance 4th AGM on 23rd Chaitra; to endorse 66.66% Right Share

Support Micro Finance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) is going to conduct its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 23, 2075. The AGM is going to be held at Ma Kamakhya Hotel Triyuga, Itahari -6, Sunsari at 11:00 A.M.
Main Agenda of the meeting are:
- To endorse financial highlights of 2074/75 FY. And to appoint auditor for 2075/76 FY.
- To increase company’s paid up capital to Rs. 10 crore from existing Rs. 6 crore capital.
- To propose right share at 3:2 proportion on the existing capital of Rs. 6 crore.
- To change the name and central address of the organization.
- To amend the memorandum of association and articles of association.
- Election of 2 public directors.
For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders register book of the bank will remain closed on Chaitra 7, 2075 i.e the shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Chaitra 6, 2075 are eligible to participate in the AGM.
