Support Laghubitta Reschedules Its 9th AGM on 17th Chaitra

Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) has rescheduled its 9th Annual General Meeting to be held on 17th Chaitra, 2080 (30th March 2024). The previous meeting was postponed due to insufficient attendance. The meeting will be held at the Durga Party Palace, Ithari-4, Sunsari, starting from 9:30 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 13.6842% dividend. The 209th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 21 had decided to distribute 13% bonus shares and 0.6842% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 9.52 crores, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1,23,80,940 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 6,51,628.42.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81, and elect 5 directors including 4 from the promoter shareholder group and 1 from the general shareholder group.
The book closure date, set on Poush 16, stipulated that investors holding shares before that date were entitled to the dividend payout and eligible to attend the AGM.
SMB closed at Rs. 1,100.00 yesterday.
