Super Madi Hydropower to float 31.50 lakh unit shares in IPO; appoints Prabhu Capital as share underwriter
Super Madi Hydropower has appointed Prabhu Capital as share underwriter for its upcoming 31.50 lakh unit ordinary shares in IPO.
The MoU regarding the same was signed between the Executive chair of the hydro company Mr. Pushpa Jyoti Dhungana and MD of the merchant banker Mr. Dinesh Thakali amid a program.
The company is currently constructing a 44 MW hydro project at Madi river in Kaski whose 80% physical construction work is already completed, as per the media statement.
