Super Madi Hydropower Limited Unveils Book Closure Date for its 15.78947% Dividend; Calls AGM on Ashwin 01

Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) has called its 17th AGM on 1st Ashwin, 2083. The meeting will be held at Hotel Imperial, Putalisadak, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 am. The company has proposed a 15.78947% dividend for FY 2082/83.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 15.78947% dividend for the FY 82/83 for shareholders. The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 08, 2083 has decided to distribute 15% bonus shares worth Rs. 34.72 Crores and a 0.78947% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 1.82 Crores. The existing paid-up capital of SMHL is Rs. 2.31 Arba.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2083/84.
The book closure date is from Bhadra 23, 2083. Therefore, the shareholders who maintained their shares before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
