Sunrise Holdings Appoints Laxmi Sunrise Capital as Issue and Sales Manager for Public Share Offering

"Sunrise Holdings Limited" has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital as the issue and sales manager for offering 24,00,000 of ordinary shares at Rs. 100 each to the general public. The agreement was signed by Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, and Mr. Bikash Silwal, Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Holdings Limited.
