Sunrise Capital Limited will be convening its 9th AGM on Ashoj 10th. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Alice reception, Gairidhara Kathmandu at 4:00 PM.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
- Discussion and approval of yearly report presented by BOD on 2075/2076.
- Discussion and approval of accounting report including balance sheet of Asar 2076, profit and loss account and cash flow of 2075/2076.
- Discussion about the appointment of Auditor for 2076/2077 as per Company law 2063 and their remuneration
- Approval of 20% cash dividend
