Sunrise Capital convenes its 11th AGM; endorses 40% cash dividend to its shareholders

Sunrise Capital has convened its 11^th AGM on Kartik 12, 2078 under the leadership of its chairman.

The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 40% cash dividend worth Rs 8 crore and all the financial reports as well as highlights of the previous FY , as per the media statement.

The merchant banker is currently providing a range of services that include share registrar, share underwriting, mutual fund management, investment management, corporate advisory and so on.
