Sunrise Capital concludes its 8th AGM; endorses  20 % cash dividends for its shareholders

Sunrise Capital has successfully concluded its 8th AGM on Poush 28, 2075 in Kathmandu. The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 20% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had earned in the previous fiscal year alongside the regular financial reports of that year. The AGM also appointed Vasola and Associates as the auditor the current fiscal year.

The AGM has also decided to make amendments in its memorandum to restructure its board with 6 members including 2 independent board members.
