Sunrise Capital and Aakash Capital call respective AGM; What are their Agendas?

Sunrise Capital and Aakash Capital have both called their respective AGM.
The 107th meeting of the board of directors of Sunrise Capital Limited held on Poush 16 has called the company's AGM on 16th Magh, 2077. This is the company's 10th AGM.
The meeting will be organised at Sunrise Capital Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 2 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
a) Discuss and endorse the report for FY 2076/77.
b) Appointment of auditor for FY 2077/78 and approval of compensation.
c) Endorsement of 15% cash dividend for FY 2076/77.
d) Amendment to maintain 3 board members from promoters and 2 independent members.
e) Misc.
Similarly, Aakash Capital has called its AGM on Poush 29, i.e. January 13. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 07 has decided to organise the AGM in Trade Tower Nepal, Thapathali, Kathmandu. The AGM will commence at 2 pm.
