Sunrise Capital achieves huge milestone; Completes 25 years of service

Sunrise Capital Limited (SUCL) has completed its 25 years providing the services in the field of merchant banking on Ashadh 18, 2075.

Chairman of SEBON, Dr Rewat Bahadur Karki was invited as the Chief Guest in the programme.

In the 25 years of operation, the merchant bank has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue of IPO of 82 companies and for the issue of right shares of 77 companies. Sunrise Capital has till date worked as the share registrar of 34 companies and is currently working as the share registrar of 12 companies.

The merchant bank will extend the services including Corporate Restructuring, Valuation, Business Plan, Loan Syndication, Working Capital financing, Venture Capitalist, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Assets Management and many more such facilities in the near future.
