Sunrise Bank’s AGM with 11.50% cash dividend to be convened on Poush 29; Bank looking to work as a stock broker

Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) will be convening its 11^th AGM on Poush 29, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Amritbhog Caterers, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To include the provision for working as a stock broker
2. To make changes in the MoA and regulations and to provide authority to the BOD to make changes in the future
3. To provide approval to Rs 63.18 crore spend as Corporate Social Responsibility

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76, to endorse 11.50% cash dividend worth Rs 93.75 crore and appointment of 3 directors from promoters and ordinary shareholders each.

For the purpose of the AGM the shareholders register book of the bank will remain closed on Poush 12 the shareholders holding the shares till Poush 11 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive 11.50% cash dividend.
