Sunrise Bank virtually convenes its 13th AGM; endorses proposal of 5.80% bonus shares and 2.48% cash dividend to shareholders

Sunrise Bank has virtually convened its 13th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Moti Lal Dugar.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5.08% bonus shares worth Rs 52.01 crore and 2.48% cash dividend worth Rs 22.24 crore to the shareholders, as per the media statement. after the endorsement of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will scale up to Rs 9.48 arba.
The bank currently has 139 branches, 11 extension counters, 61 branchless banking units, and 161 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
