Sunrise Bank Urges Shareholders to Claim Due Dividend

Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) has published a notice to the shareholders who are yet to receive due dividend payments.
Investors who haven't claimed the dividends endorsed through various AGMs of the bank should present their share certificate and proof of identity within 35 days of publication of this notice i.e. 23rd Magh, to the company's share department or share registrar of the bank, Sunrise Capital located at Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
Otherwise, according to section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063, the uncollected due dividend will be deposited in the "Investor Protection Fund".
