Sunrise Bank to convene 12th AGM on Kartik 15, 2076; Agenda to approve 15.8% dividend

Sunrise bank (SRBL) has published a notice today calling for its shareholders to participate in it's 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be convened on Kartik 15th, 2076 (November 01, 2019) at Naxal Banquet, Narayanchaur, Naxal from 10 AM onwards.

The major agendas of the AGM are:

1. Discussion and approval of the Annual Report of 2075/76 and financial statements for the year
2. Approval of following dividend:
   Paid-up capital: Rs 8.15 arba
   Cash dividend: 5.8% worth Rs 47.28 crore
   Bonus shares: 10% worth Rs 81.52 crore
   Total: 15.8% worth Rs 1.28 arba
   Paid-up capital post adjustment: Rs 8.96 arba

The book closure for the purpose of AGM and Dividend has been set on kartik 01, 2076.
