Sunrise Bank new product

KATHMANDU, June 20:

Sunrise Bank has launched a new product targeting the agricultural sector. The bank’s chief executive officer Surendra Man Pradhan informed about the loan scheme that will be available through the bank’s branches in Ilam, Surunga, Bardibas, Farping, Lubhu, Sundar Bazar, Besisahar, Sunwal and Sukhand. The agricultural loan is targeted at farmers and cooperatives working in the sector. The bank will provide loans starting from Rs 50,000 to Rs 0.5 million and the service can be availed by opening Sunrise Agriculture Loan Saving Account and Sunrise Agriculture Loan Call Account with a minimum balance of Rs 1000, the press note said.
