Sunrise Bank makes stronger rural presence with 74th BLB unit; takes banking services to Fatanglung Gaupalika of remote Taplejung
Sunrise Bank has brought into operation its 74th branchless banking unit at Fatanglung Gaupalika-3 Siwa of Taplejung district.
The inaugural event was attended by the chairman of ward 3 of gaupalika Mr. Aaitaram Limbu, ward member Mr. Tej Bir Limbu, headmaster of Siwa Ma.Vi. Mr. Om Nath Gautam, social activist Mr. Agni Prashad Sigdel, Fungling BM of the bank Mr. Dhrub Prashad Baskota among others.
The bank has appointed Mr. Padam Bahadur Budhathoki as the banking rep. for the new facility, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 139 branches, 12 extension counters, 161 ATM terminals, and 74 branchless banking units under its growing network.
