Sunrise Bank convenes its 11th AGM;endorses  11.50% cash dividends for its shareholders and elects 6 members to the board

Sunrise Bank has successfully concluded its 11th AGM on Poush 29, 2075 in Kathmandu under the leadership of bank’s chairman Mr.Moti Lal Duggad. The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 11.50% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the previous fiscal year.

The AGM also elected new board members that include Mr. Motilal Duggad, Mr. Malchand Duggad and Er. Bachcharaj Tatet from the promoters’ group while Mr. Sailendra Guragai, Mr. Dipak Nepal and Ms. Saradha Sharma Pudasaini from the public shareholder group.
