Sunrise Bank convenes 12th AGM; clears way to distribute 15% dividend to its shareholders

Sunrise Bank has convened its 12^th AGM on Kartik 15, 2076 under the leadership of bank’s chairman Mr. Motilal Dugar. The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5.80% cash dividend and 10% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit it made in the previous FY.

After the capitalization of the proposed bonus shares, it’s capital will scale up to Rs 8.96 arba from present Rs 8.15 arba. The bank currently has 122 branches, 38 branchless banking units, 8 extension counters, 143 ATM terminals and provides service to more than 6 lakh customers.
