Sunrise Bank 7th AGM today; 100:15 right shares on offer

Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) is holding its 7th AGM today, Jestha 31 at Amrit Bhog Caterers, Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, Kathmandu  at 11 am.

The book closure date for the AGM had been set for Baishakh 3 to Baishakh 23, 2072.

The main agenda of the AGM is to issue right shares at the ratio of 100:15. After this right shares offer is fully subscribed by the existing shareholders, the bank’s paid up capital will rise to Rs 282.93 crores.

The other agenda include electing a board member representing public shareholders, financial highlight of 2070/71 and the appointment of auditor.
