Sunrise Bank 10:1 right shares offer closes today; 22,36,650 units floated

Sunrise Bank Limited had called on the existing shareholders to apply for 22,36,650 units of right shares from Falgun 22and Chaitra 26.

Only those shareholders who had the bank’s shares in their name ahead of the book closure date of Falgun 6 will be eligible to apply for the right shares.

Interested shareholders can apply for right shares at the issue manager Civil Capital Market Limited which is based Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The applications for the right shares can also be filed at the branch offices of Sunrise Bank Limited.
