Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company will be convening its second AGM on Poush 05, 2076 at Mariott Hotel, Naxal, Kathmandu from 3 PM onwards.
The Board meeting held on Mangsir 05, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Board for the year 2074/75.
- Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2074/75 along with the auditor's report.
- Appointment of the auditor for the year 2075/76 and determination of the remuneration.
