Sun Nepal Life Launches Moringa Tree Plantation Campaign in Sarlahi on World Soil Day
On the occasion of World Soil Day, Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (SNLI), in collaboration with Lumbini World Peace Forum and Chandra Nagar Rural Municipality, launched a large-scale tree plantation campaign in Sarlahi. In the first phase, 1,750 moringa saplings were planted at Shree Durga Khobhari Janata Secondary School, Chandra Nagar-2.
The inauguration was attended by SNLI CEO Raj Kumar Aryal, CMO Ganesh Chaulagai, Province Chief Nabaraj Chaudhary, campaign advocate Basu Gautam, and local leaders. The program emphasized the medicinal and nutritional value of moringa trees and the importance of community participation for environmental sustainability. SNLI plans to continue the plantation campaign across other wards, reflecting its commitment to social responsibility, environmental protection, and long-term community well-being, while operating 148 branches nationwide.
