Sun Nepal Life Insurance convenes its 3rd AGM; endorses to float IPO at premium rate
Sun Nepal Life Insurance has convened its 3rd AGM for the FY 2075-76 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Anuj Keyal on Shrawan 25, 2078.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the insurance company for the previous fiscal year as presented by the chairman. The AGM also endorsed the board’s proposal to float IPO of the company with a premium price, as per the media statement.
