Sun Nepal Life Insurance Contributes Rs 60 Lakhs for Bhotekoshi Flood Relief

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has provided Rs 60 Lakhs to support rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts for those affected by the devastating flood in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa district on Bhadra 10.

CEO Raj Kumar Aryal handed over the cheque to Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle at a programme organised at the Ministry of Finance, for deposit into the Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund. Company director Shashank Agrawal and company secretary Binod Sharma Poudel were also present at the event.

The programme conveyed condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the disaster and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

The company said the contribution, made under its social responsibility initiatives, is expected to support relief distribution and rehabilitation work for affected families.
