Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Closing Issue of 1: 0.27 Right Shares from Today

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (SNLI) is closing its rights offering today. Initially opened on 30th Baishakh, 2082, the issue was set to close on 19th Jestha, 2082. However, as per the latest notice, the rights offering was reopened from 3rd Ashadh, 2082, and is now closing today.
The company will issue 27% right shares worth Rs. 1.06 Arba through the issue of 10,696,320 (1: 0.27) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital is Rs. 3.96 Arba. After adjusting the proposed right share, i.e., 10,696,320 units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 5.03 Arba.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
The book closure date was 5th Baishakh. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible for the rights offering.
