Sun Nepal Life Hosts Training and Recognition Program for Insurance Agents

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited organized a one-day program titled “Effort, Recognition and Empowerment Opportunity” to enhance the skills, motivation, and recognition of its agents. The event, targeting agents from Lumbini, Rapti/Bheri, and Karnali regions, saw participation from over 170 insurance advisors.

The program featured a key training session by international motivational speaker Bijaya Jha, who shared insights on sales techniques, goal setting, and adapting to the evolving insurance market.

Senior officials, including Acting CEO Kabi Phuyal and Chief Market Officer Ganesh Chaulagain, emphasized the importance of agent empowerment for long-term success.

Outstanding agents were honored during the event, and participants also engaged in networking and experience sharing. The company stated that such initiatives aim to strengthen agent capabilities and expand insurance access nationwide, supported by its network of 148 branches and sub-branches.
