Sun Nepal Life Conducts AML/CFT Training for Agency Development Managers

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully conducted an Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) training program for its Agency Development Managers under the “ADM 360° Growth Summit 1.0” initiative.

The training, led by the company’s legal department head Subash Bhandari, focused on legal provisions, suspicious transaction identification, KYC procedures, risk assessment, and financial discipline to strengthen regulatory compliance in the insurance sector.

Participants highlighted the importance of such programs in improving governance awareness and professional responsibility. The company stated that it will continue organizing similar initiatives to enhance compliance and institutional transparency across its network of 148 branches nationwide.
