Summit Microfinance Development bank announces AGM on Poush 25; 38.95% dividend in offing

Summit Microfinance Development Bank (SMFDB) is going to hold its 6th Annual General Meeting on Poush 25, 2071; which will endorse 26 percent bonus share and 12.95 cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The annual general meeting is schedule to sit at Agrasen Bhawan, Birtamod 6, Jhapa at 8:30 AM on poush 25, 2071. The bank also announced book closure date on Poush 2 to Poush 25.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71.
In the previous year Bank offered 12 percent bonus share and 14.32 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
