Subha International Hospitality Appoints Muktinath Capital as Issue and Sales Manager for IPO

Subha International Hospitality Private Limited has appointed Muktinath Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for the public issuance of 20 percent ordinary shares of its issued capital. The agreement was signed between Chairman Kabin Shrestha and CEO Kabindra Dhoj Joshi in the presence of company representatives.

The company has been operating an international-standard five-star hotel in Biratnagar since April 30, 2026, under a management partnership with Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., part of the Lemon Tree Hotels group. Positioned as Biratnagar’s first internationally branded five-star hotel, the company aims to strengthen tourism, hospitality, and economic activity in eastern Nepal, with future plans to launch a casino as well.
