Strengthening Economic Ties: Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Polish Ambassador Meet
The Nepal Chamber of Commerce and the acting ambassador of Poland in Delhi, Dr. Sebastian Domzalski, convened to discuss enhancing economic relations and investment promotion between the two countries on the occasion of their 65 years of diplomatic ties. Chamber President Kamlesh Agrawal advocated for investment in green hydrogen in Nepal, highlighting the country's potential in this sector and its attractiveness for investment.
President Agrawal also urged investment in Nepal's hydropower, tourism, mining, and other sectors, and emphasized creating a conducive environment for Polish citizens to visit Nepal.
Acting Ambassador Dr. Domzalski suggested exploring the market potential of Nepal's tea and coffee, given the longstanding diplomatic relations between the two nations.
The meeting involved key Chamber officials, including President Agrawal, Senior Vice President Deepak Malhotra, Vice Presidents Urmila Shrestha, Deepak Shrestha, Nil Kantha Chaulagain, and Santosh Pandey. Consul General of Nepal for Poland, Lokmanya Golchha, also highlighted the export potential to Poland, emphasizing Nepal's favorable diplomatic relations with the country.
