STOCK WATCH: Last day to clinch 38% bonus and 25% right share of Muktinath

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the dividend and right share pledged by the Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) for the fiscal year 2070/71.

The bank is closing its shareholder register book from tomorrow (Kartik 28) to convene its annual general meeting (AGM).

The bank has scheduled its AGM on Mangsir 13.  Only those investors buying shares of the bank till today (Thursday) will be entitled for the dividend and right that it has announced for the fiscal year 2070/71 and allowed to attend the AGM.

Muktinath Bank has already proposed 38 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2070/71.

The bank is also offering 25% right share to its shareholders in the near future, the decision to issue the right share was approved by the 7th AGM held on Mangsir 15, 2070.
